Once I've secured my party date and paid my deposit, what do I have to do?

Make sure you've told us the theme for your party and how many children are attending. If you're not sure on the theme, we can suggest some ideas or have a quick chat on the phone first.

Before we arrive, please ensure there is a table (appropriate for children) and a chair for each child. We provide table cloths and aprons.

How do I pay for the party?

A deposit of £50 secures your booking. This is payable by bank transfer. Bank details will be provided in the booking process. 

After the party, the remaining costs are payable to the same account within 10 days from the party date. 

Do I need to provide art supplies and resources?

No! Just a table and chairs for the children attending. We bring the rest! If there is anything in particular your child likes doing, we will try and iinclude this!

What would the schedule look like for the party?

We will arrive 15 minutes before the party starts to set up. We may arrive slightly earlier to do any face painting for the birthday child!

The party will then last 1.5 hours.

The children will be introduced to the activity and shown how to do it.

Whilst they are doing the activity, the other children may like to have their face painted (if this has been added as an extra).

Short break for party food. (Food is not provided)

Once the children have finished their activity, they will be able to take it home. 

You may like to do the birthday cake and party bags whilst we clear up.

Are the parties suitable for both boys and girls?

Yes! We love planning and delivering parties for both boys and girls. ​

I have ordered gifts to be included in the party package. Where are they?

If you have ordered invitations or thank you cards, we will send these out to you as soon as we can once you have placed the order.

If you have ordered party bag gifts (such as personalised bracelets) we will bring these on the day.

What if I just want face painting?

This is also fine! We do face painting at parties and events at a separate cost. Please head to the face painting section of our site and fill out an enquiry form.

Where are the parties held?

The party will be held at your home or the venue that you are hosting the party at. We do not cover venue costs. We provide the party service.

Do you provide food for the party?

No, we do not provide any food.

We provide all equipment and resources needed to take part in the art & craft activity, and any other extras that have been included.

We suggest a small break (around 20 mins) for party food.

Do the parents/carers have to stay at the party?

No! Parents/carers can drop-off. It's totally up to you though, but we feel the children (especially older ones!) are completely fine without grown-ups around.

Where is the best place for the party?

If you are hosting the party in your home, we suggest a kitchen/dining area where the children can sit comfortably at a table. 

If you are renting a venue, a small hall is a great place, as long as there are tables and chairs!

If the party is meant to have good weather, outside is always great! As long as there is some sort of cover if it rains.

Are the parties suitable for younger children or children with additional needs?

We adapt the activities and style of session to the age and needs of the children. If there are any children with additional needs, this can be discussed in a phone call and we will do our best to ensure everyone is able to access the activity. Our party teacher has over 15 years experience working with children.

Do you provide music?

No, we do not provide music for the party.

We provide equipment and resources needed to take part in the art & craft activity. 

We welcome music provided though!

Are the party bags filled?

No, we do not provide party bag fillers. If you have added the party bags as an extra, they are personalised with the names for each child attending. Then, the children can colour them in and decorate them, ready to be filled to go home!

They may be able to put their art/craft piece in their party bag (if small enough!) and/or their personalised gift (if pre-ordered from the extras).
